January 9, 2015 - The last batch won't reset to zero so you can set up the modes,. Totally useless. Usually, they will either count too many steps or will work right for a while and then give up. Also, clip slides off waistband when you sit or bend over and then it resets o you don't get accurate reading for the day. New batch is pretty but not useful. Not worth postage to return.
Customer Service response:February 19, 2015 - We're sorry to hear that this product did not meet your expectations. Please contact our customer service department for store credit or exchange.

May 9, 2014 - I wore this on one side an my husbands Omron pedometer on the other. His had double the steps. Know I don't know which is correct but I think it is NOT this one. Shame, I really wanted to like it
March 2, 2014 - I have been wanting a pedometer to go with my resolution to walk every day. Plus it's interesting to see just how many steps I take during an average day. When I saw this one, I knew I had found the perfect one. And it was on sale. Very happy.
