The bag is very well made, soft and durable, but it's not guaranteed that the design will look as it does in this picture. The one I received only has a partial wheel on the face rather than the beautiful full one depicted here, and there's a full wheel extending into the front pocket which can't even be seen. The partial and the full wheel in the pocket line up haphazardly, and the whole thing looks a bit weird. I think I could settle for what I received, just because of the overall quality of the bag, but every time I use it, I will experience this heavy disappointment about the design, as I was SO excited when I first saw this. I may try to exchange it, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to get something that looked like the picture. UPDATE: It's possible the bag I received may have been a fluke. Greater Good customer service has been very accommodating and is sending me a replacement. Will update my review again when I receive it. UPDATE#2: I received the replacement bag, and it still doesn't look like the bag in the picture (there are still only partial wheels on the face) but it at least looks better aesthetically than the first bag I received. So, I recommend purchasing the bag just because of the overall quality, but be prepared to go through a potential exchange/replacement process because you have no way of knowing what the design will specifically look like on the bag you receive- each one is unique, and you will most likely have to settle for something that doesn't have the same impact as the bag in the image. I wonder if that's why these have gone to outlet pricing- maybe there were bags at one point that did look as advertised, but they've sold out. One last thing to mention- the blue design is much much darker than it is in the pic. It's almost a navy blue, and the green of the bag is a duller, slightly darker shade of green. This was also a bit of a disappointment because I really love that combo of a light-ish blue and a light green. The real colors still look fine, though.
