Outlet! Was $8.00!
Hand-coated with lacquer and rolled into beads, recycled magazine pages become eclectic, one-of-a-kind necklaces. Women artisans in Uganda make each bead by hand, then trade them to Kenya where they're hand-strung by another group of women artisans. Each is paid a wage about five times higher than the national average -- now that's fair trade!
- Blue & Green, Melon, Multicolor, or Purple
- Recycled magazines & lacquer
- 18" L (45.7 cm); stretches to fit most necks
- Handmade in and fairly traded from Kenya
