Water overtops Plaquemines Parish levees

Slow-moving Hurricane Isaac dumped rain on the Gulf Coast states throughout the night -- and flooding is expected to remain a problem for the next few days.

Wind and rain caused waters to overtop the levees in Plaquemines Parish, about 50 miles southeast of New Orleans, leading to several daring citizen rescues of stranded pump crews and Parish residents.
